The firm is seeking an Associate Director to join its Infrastructure Credit Investment team. This is a high-profile role for a professional with 6–10 years of experience in credit analysis, structuring, and execution of infrastructure-related investments. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to originate and lead deals, shape the team’s approach to credit, and play a pivotal role in deploying capital across a diverse set of infrastructure assets.Key ResponsibilitiesOriginate, structure, and execute infrastructure credit investments across sectors including energy transition and infrastructure.Lead due diligence, financial modelling, and credit analysis to support investment decision-making.Negotiate and review financing documentation, including facility agreements, shareholder agreements, intercreditor arrangements, and other transaction documents.Build and maintain strong relationships across the market with sponsors, advisors, lenders, and investors.Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify risks and opportunities.Prepare high-quality investment papers, presentations, and supporting materials for internal committees and investors.Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to the development of a high-performing, collaborative team culture.Candidate Profile6–10 years of experience in infrastructure finance, ideally gained within investment management, debt advisory, project finance, or credit funds.Proven track record in originating and leading deals in infrastructure or related sectors.Strong technical skills in financial modelling, credit analysis, and structuring complex financing solutions.Experience negotiating financing documentation and working closely with legal, commercial, and technical advisors.Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to work independently and lead transactions.Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership qualities.European languages would be advantageous especially German.Seniority level
