Associate Director - Health & Safety Consultant

Hews Recruit are currently working with a leading construction consultancy who are are seeking an experienced-Senior Consultant or Associate Director to lead and expand their-PFI-Health & Safety auditing and compliance service.

They are looking for a commercially astute individual with a deep understanding of-PFI-operational obligations, strong client-facing capability, and the ambition to grow into an Associate position and beyond based on performance and contribution to the business.

You would play a pivotal role in project delivery, business growth, client leadership, team development, and service innovation.

Day to day you will:

• Act as primary client lead for key-PFI-clients, building long-term relationships and serving as a trusted advisor on compliance, risk, and contractual obligations.
• Confidently advise clients on duty holder responsibilities under-PFI-contracts, demonstrating strong understanding of the interactions between SPVs, FM Providers, Landlords, Operators, and end-users.
• Manage complex, multi-site audit programmes and deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality reporting with quality assurance.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication, clarity of advice, and strategic guidance.
• Deliver end-to-end projects, ensuring high standards of quality, governance, and compliance.
• Undertake-PFI-H&S audits, provide a competent person service, competency reviews, and assurance activities, including oversight of audit processes, methodologies, and continuous improvement.
