ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR LONDON/HYBRID UP TO £60K This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale a growing Business Intelligence function within a high-performing media and marketing environment. You will play a key role in elevating how data is used to drive commercial outcomes, working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing the direction of BI across the business.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Associate Director will:Own and lead the day-to-day delivery of BI products, including dashboards and reporting solutionsAssess existing reporting frameworks and identify opportunities to enhance structure, scalability, and impactDesign and build high-quality dashboards across marketing performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, and conversionsSupport onboarding of new client projects, delivering tailored reporting solutions from initial discovery through to deploymentDevelop and improve templating approaches, with scope to introduce more advanced capabilities such as forecastingIntegrate broader client business data into reporting to provide more holistic insightsPartner with stakeholders across the business to ensure outputs meet both technical and commercial needsMentor and support junior team members while contributing to the wider growth of the BI functionYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:Strong commercial experience delivering BI and reporting solutions within a marketing or media environmentExpertise in ..... full job details .....
