This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced acoustics professional to take on a senior leadership role, overseeing high-profile projects across multiple sectors - from residential schemes to major infrastructure developments. The Role
As the Associate Director in Acoustics, you will be responsible for:
Leading complex acoustic projects, ensuring technical excellence and quality delivery.
Developing business opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving growth across Leeds and beyond.
Mentoring and managing a team, supporting development and maintaining high performance.
Overseeing noise, vibration, and environmental impact assessments.
Acting as the key client contact, providing tailored, cost-effective solutions.
Conducting on-site assessments and reviewing technical documentation.
The Candidate
Our client is seeking an Associate Director with:
A degree in Acoustics, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Membership of the Institute of Acoustics (IOA) or equivalent.
Proven expertise in noise and vibration consultancy across sectors.
Excellent team leadership and client management skills.
Proficiency with acoustic modelling tools and analysis software.
A valid UK driving licence with flexibility for regional travel.
