Associate Director (Fire Engineering)

Deliver to clients of quality fire strategies, on time / develop client base and provide timely fee quotes / support wider team development.

Responsibilities: 

•    Fire strategy development RIBA 0-4
•    Planning statements
•    Engineered solutions utilising FEA & computational fluid dynamics
•    Evacuation modelling
•    Design incorporating Mass timber
•    Safety case reports for high risk buildings
•    Site surveying and fire strategy implementation RIBA 5-7
•    FRAEWS / EWS1's
•    Construction stage fire strategies
•    Phased occupation fire strategies
•    Fire risk assessments and fire safety audits
•    Third party reviews and expert witnessing
•    Delivering quality work, on time
•    Ensuing revenue is in line with expectations
•    Lead small engineering team
•    Liaise with wider business and colleagues

Key Criteria: 

•    5-7 years experience of UK Fire Engineering
•    Some knowledge of FDS
•    Good understanding of ADB and BS 9999
•    Desire to develop solutions beyond guidance
