A well-established, privately owned consultancy of Fire Engineering specialists, Building Services Engineers, and Project Managers is seeking an Associate Director Fire Engineering to lead and develop their Fire Engineering team. With a strong UK and international client base, their leadership team remains actively involved in both project delivery and business direction.The Associate Director Fire Engineering''s RoleThe Associate Director Fire Engineering will take ownership of the Fire Engineering function, driving performance, quality, and growth. This includes managing workload, profitability, and resource planning while working closely with senior leadership to define business strategy.The Associate Director Fire Engineering will build and maintain key client relationships, lead bid submissions, and represent the business across industry events and client engagements. They will oversee the delivery of complex fire engineering projects, ensuring all outputs are technically robust, commercially sound, and aligned with current legislation such as Approved Document B, BS 9999, BS 9991, and BS 7974.The Associate Director Fire EngineeringThe Associate Director Fire Engineering will act as a senior technical authority, reviewing and signing off fire strategies and related deliverables.
