Associate Director - Transmission and Distribution Design £70,000 + £6,900 Car Allowance + Benefits East Midlands Hybrid - 3 days per week in the officeWant to take a senior leadership role within a growing Transmission and Distribution design team delivering major UK power infrastructure projects? Our client is looking for an experienced Associate Director to help lead and develop its TandD design capability, supporting projects across substations, transmission, distribution and wider grid infrastructure.Job RoleAs Associate Director, you will take a senior role within the design team, providing technical and operational leadership across a portfolio of Transmission and Distribution projects.You will oversee the delivery of engineering and design packages, support project and programme performance, manage and mentor engineering teams, and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.The role will also involve supporting resource planning, technical governance, design quality and the continued growth of the TandD business.Requirements Strong background within Transmission and Distribution designIdeally 5 years'' post graduate engineering experience, although this is flexible for the right candidateExperience working within a grid-based, regulated or utility environmentPrevious experience leading or managing engineering/design teamsStrong understanding of power infrastructure projects including substations, transmission or distribution ..... full job details .....
