The Associate Director, Sales is responsible for generating new business from clients in the Netherlands through high quality relationships and an effective client centric solutions approach as well as securing retention of acquired clients and assets through effective on-going management of the client relationship.Key responsibilities
Set, own, and execute a robust business strategy for Dutch market and day-to-day focus on the tactical execution of the strategyHandle client relationships: build on the existing groundwork with banks, asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, corporates as well as develop opportunities in the broader marketInitiate contact and develop meaningful relationships with institutions that currently do not know the firms first-handGenerate a steady pipeline of opportunities across the firms investment solutions (segregated and pooled), i.e. equity, fixed income and alternativesAchieve a balanced conversion to funded business by effectively matching client requirements with the firms competence / business prioritiesContinue overall ownership of client relationships post initial investmentConduct regular investment/market reviews with appropriate support/inputs from investment managementWork closely with the Head of Sales Benelux and colleagues to support and develop opportunities from within their client baseAbout you
