Due to continued growth in our workload across Northern Ireland and the wider island of Ireland, the company is seeking an ambitious-Associate Director-level-Cost Manager-to join the Belfast office and support the growth of the business and continued delivery of high level of service to our diverse Client base.

Working within a dedicated and dynamic cost team and reporting directly into the Belfast Directors, this is an exciting opportunity to work directly with repeat clients and project teams on a range of sectors, including:
- Commercial

- Infrastructure
- Public Sector Development
- Regeneration and Mixed-Use Schemes
The ideal candidate will have experience of running the commercial management of projects and will suit someone who thrives on challenges and client-facing roles, being both eager to learn and develop whilst also helping to drive forward our position as an industry leader. Your attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders will be paramount to your success in the role and the overall success of the projects.
You will also have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across other sectors and divisions, supporting projects of regional, national and international significance.
