Associate Director Corporate Real Estate PMO

OverviewStep into a pivotal role with a top-tier London consultancy renowned for its excellence in the commercial real estate sector. This consultancy is expanding its team, and there is a unique chance to work alongside the lead Director, a distinguished leader in the Programme Management Office (PMO) for international commercial real estate clients. This specific opportunity is working with a globally recognised Investment Bank on their global Corporate Real Estate Portfolio.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage PMO activities for corporate real estate projects, ensuring world-class service delivery.

Develop and implement real estate strategies in collaboration with clients to support successful project outcomes.

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Coordinate with diverse stakeholders across various sectors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications / Skills

Proven experience in programme management within the corporate real estate sector.

Strong understanding of PMO principles and practices.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Ability to develop and implement strategic real estate solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Previous experience with Power BI (Highly desirable).

Previous experience on CAT B Office Fit Outs (Highly desirable).

7 to 10 years of experience in a consultancy firm in project or programme management.

OfferOn offer is a salary of up to £85,000 plus company benefits along with a clear progression route to Director level. You will be expected in office 5 days per week.
