Corporate Finance Associate Director

to join a growing and dynamic firm. In this role, you’ll work on MandA deals across a variety of sectors, contributing to every stage of the deal cycle with a focus on mid-market transactions. You’ll oversee and mentor junior team members and manage critical aspects of the deal process. Key responsibilities include:Executing MandA assignments with precision and professionalism.Creating high-quality client marketing materials, such as confidential information memorandums and management presentations for sale transactions.Managing due diligence activities to ensure smooth and efficient deal closures.Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Who we’re looking for
