Our Client is one of the largest and leading consultancies who act for the public sector and as a result are very busy with Local Authority work.This Associate Director role will be part of an established Property team, delivering services a number of public sector clients nationally, and take a positive approach to the delivery of our client''s objectives, regeneration objectives and key strategic projects. You will be responsible for delivering a range of property services, including regeneration projects, CPO, valuations, development and viability appraisals, lettings and marketing, landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals, and property management. Mainly valuations on Commercial Property.This is a hybrid role based in the Manchester Area We are open to flexible working and part time options for this position.
