Associate Director - Civil Engineering

This senior leadership role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Development Infrastructure Team with a strong focus on delivering high-quality built environment projects. The position ensures technical excellence, drives commercial performance, and oversees the successful delivery of a diverse project portfolio. It also works closely with the Team Director to proactively build the opportunity pipeline and support the strategic growth of the discipline. You will play a key role in leading project delivery and contributing to operational and growth strategies. Responsibilities include providing leadership across a range of projects spanning infrastructure, drainage, highways, and flood risk management. We are seeking an experienced Chartered Associate Director with a strong background in civil or infrastructure engineering. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in an Associate Director role.
