Their Building Consultancy team is highly regarded for delivering both technical expertise and commercially focused advice on complex property matters.
 
The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join the London Building Consultancy division. This is a senior appointment within the team, with responsibility for leading high value projects, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior colleagues.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the full range of building surveying services including dilapidations, contract administration, technical due diligence, building surveys, and project monitoring
• Act as project lead on major client instructions, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timescales and budgets
• Provide strategic advice across a variety of commercial property matters with technical and commercial insight
• Develop and manage strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for further business development
• Support and mentor junior members of the team, contributing to their technical and professional growth
• Work closely with senior leadership to support the growth strategy of the London Building Consultancy division

• MRICS qualified with extensive post qualification experience in building surveying
• Strong track record of delivering both professional and project based services within commercial real estate
• Consultancy background preferred, with proven ability to manage client relationships at senior level
• Experienced in leading and mentoring junior surveyors within a team environment
• Excellent technical knowledge, report writing, and client presentation skills
• Commercially minded, proactive, and able to identify new opportunities for growth

• £75,000 - £85,000 base salary plus benefits and bonus potential
