It is a chance to take ownership of a specialism and shape the team around you. A leading multidisciplinary consultancy are looking for an Associate Director-level Fire Specialist to lead their fire and building safety consultancy work across the South West and Wales. The role gives someone the platform to build a regional presence, develop key client relationships and help establish a recognised Centre of Excellence in this space. You would be working within an established Building Surveying practice, but with a clear brief to grow the fire safety consultancy side of the business. The client base is strong, with work across healthcare, education, residential, defence, commercial, infrastructure and public sector portfolios. There is a real balance of technical authority, commercial input and long-term ownership.
