Associate Director - Building Surveyor

Associate Building Surveyor Location: BristolSalary: £60-80k, dependent on experienceType: Full-time The Opportunity I m currently working with a growing and well-established property and building consultancy who are looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor who is looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the continued growth of a successful and collaborative consultancy. You ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects and clients, taking ownership of instructions while developing client relationships and supporting more junior members of the team. The Role As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a broad range of Building Surveying instructions, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality technical advice and managing projects from inception through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Undertaking building surveys, condition surveys and technical due diligence. Preparing detailed reports, specifications and schedules of work. Providing technical advice and solutions to a diverse range of clients. Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects. Preparing tender documentation and supporting procurement processes.
