The company also places a strong emphasis on professional development, offering structured support for chartership and career progression.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced associate, with a background in either electrical, mechanical or sustainability and a demonstrable track record of technical excellence, leadership and management skills while delivering building services solutions across a wide range of projects.Role OverviewAs an Associate Director, you will head their new Manchester office, playing a key leadership role within the business, overseeing project delivery, client relationships, and team development. Whether your background is in mechanical, electrical, or sustainability/building performance engineering, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of projects and contributing to the strategic growth of the consultancy.
