Associate Director, Building Control Birmingham Predominantly Remote£66,626 to £85,844 + pay award pending A well-established Building Control organisation is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Building Control to lead a team of Registered Building Inspectors delivering domestic and smaller complex projects. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Building Control professional who enjoys developing people, providing technical guidance and overseeing the delivery of a high-quality Building Control service. The role will also work closely with another Associate Director responsible for Major Projects, providing support on larger and more complex schemes when required. The Role As Associate Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and technical oversight of a team of Registered Building Inspectors. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, managing and developing a team of RBIs Providing technical guidance and support across domestic and complex Building Control projects Mentoring inspectors and supporting their professional development Ensuring work is delivered in accordance with current Building Regulations, legislation and regulatory requirements Managing workloads and supporting the effective allocation of projects across the team Maintaining high standards of technical quality, consistency and customer service Supporting the Associate Director responsible for Major Projects on larger and more technically ..... full job details .....
