We are seeking an Associate Director to lead high profile executive search assignments while helping to grow the practice, develop colleagues and build long term client relationships. About the role Lead and deliver board and senior executive search assignments Act as a trusted adviser to Chairs, CEOs and trustees Contribute to winning and growing retained work Build and support team development, coaching and practice growth Shape inclusive, high quality search strategies About you Experienced in executive search or senior appointments Strong client relationship and delivery track record Commercially aware, with the ability to win and retain work Collaborative, credible and values led Committed to equity, diversity and inclusion Why join us?
