We''re working with a growing Bristol agency that''s built an excellent reputation across B2B, tech PR, crisis communications and integrated campaigns. They''re now looking for an Associate Director to join the senior leadership team and play a key role in the next stage of their growth. Working closely with the Managing Director, you''ll lead a portfolio of high-profile clients, providing trusted strategic counsel while overseeing the delivery of creative, impactful campaigns. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - one day you''ll be advising clients through complex reputational issues, the next you''ll be pitching new business, mentoring the team or presenting campaign results to senior stakeholders. You''ll take ownership of integrated communications programmes spanning PR, social, creative, public affairs, insight and employee engagement, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results and genuine value for clients. Commercially, you''ll be confident building relationships and spotting opportunities for growth.
