Associate Dean - Business

Department: Academic - as part of our partnership with University of Suffolk (UoS) Location: Any GBS UK campus (On-Site) Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum Type of Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week) Our Vision: Changing lives through education The role: We are seeking an Associate Dean to provide leadership and management for the BA (Hons) Global Business (Business Management) with Foundation Year programme delivered as part of our partnership with UoS. Reporting to the Dean, the Associate Dean - Business is accountable for the quality, standards, and academic performance of the programme and serves as the principal subject expert for the discipline across the Faculty. Please note this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Role Responsibilities: Curriculum Relevance and Subject Leadership - Maintains and leads curriculum development and enhancement, ensuring the programme remains current, academically rigorous, and aligned with disciplinary, professional, and sector developments Learning Resources and Teaching Effectiveness - Reviews and enhances learning and teaching resources to ensure quality, consistency, and effective student learning outcomes Student Engagement and Participation - Monitors student engagement and performance, identifying risks and implementing targeted interventions to improve outcomes and satisfaction Assessment Quality, Marking and Efficacy - Leads assessment strategy and improvement, ensuring consistent, ..... full job details .....
