Associate - Birmingham - Salary aligned with RIBA averages
 
Konker is recruiting an Associate to join a well-established, independently run RIBA practice in Birmingham City Centre.
 
The practice has 35 staff and works across a broad mix of sectors, including education, residential, conservation, workplace, leisure, masterplanning, and energy/recycling.
 
They have built strong client relationships over many years and continue to expand their workload, creating this opportunity to strengthen their senior team.
 
This Associate position is a key role within the practice, offering responsibility for leading projects and supporting colleagues, while also providing clear scope for further progression.

Applicants should be either ARB registered or MCIAT qualified, with a strong background in practice and at least eight years'' experience.
 
The package includes a salary of £40,000-£55,000 (dependent on experience), flexible working hours, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, annual away days, a cycle-to-work scheme, and regular social activities.
