JOB DETAILS WORK TYPE: Permanent WORK PATTERN: Full Time LOCATION: London JOB ROLE An international law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with one to three years of post-qualification experience to join its Mergers and Acquisitions team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings, recapitalisations, strategic partnerships, cross-border transactions, auctions, takeovers, equity capital markets transactions, joint ventures, and private equity and venture capital investments. JOB DESCRIPTIONThe duties and responsibilities of the role will include: Advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters Assisting with the management and execution of domestic and cross-border MandA transactions Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents and ancillary agreements Conducting legal due diligence and coordinating disclosure exercises Managing transaction timelines, workstreams and communications with clients and counterparties Supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex corporate transactions Collaborating with colleagues across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions Participating in business development and client relationship initiatives THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEThe ..... full job details .....
