This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings, recapitalisations, strategic partnerships, cross-border transactions, auctions, takeovers, equity capital markets transactions, joint ventures, and private equity and venture capital investments.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe duties and responsibilities of the role will include:Advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial mattersAssisting with the management and execution of domestic and cross-border MandA transactionsDrafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents and ancillary agreementsConducting legal due diligence and coordinating disclosure exercisesManaging transaction timelines, workstreams and communications with clients and counterpartiesSupporting partners and senior lawyers on complex corporate transactionsCollaborating with colleagues across multiple practice areas and jurisdictionsParticipating in business development and client relationship initiativesTHE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will ..... full job details .....
