The Role:
As an Associate Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in both project management and business development. You''ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage key client relationships, oversee high-quality technical delivery, and mentor engineers at various stages of their careers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of complex civil engineering projects across multiple sectors
- Oversee detailed design of infrastructure, drainage, and highway schemes
- Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service
- Line-manage and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering growth and accountability
- Support business development and contribute to proposals and bids
- Work closely with directors to support the strategic growth of the Civils division
