The role

You’ll lead and deliver a wide range of building surveying commissions, manage complex projects, support junior colleagues and contribute to the strategic development of the surveying team. The position includes client management, contract administration, tender assessments, design oversight and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

About you
  • Degree in Building Surveying

  • Chartered (MRICS)

  • Strong technical capability and experience managing projects

  • Confident leading meetings, preparing specifications and overseeing contract administration
