Associate Building Surveyor

I'm working with a highly regarded multidisciplinary property consultancy that is looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor to join its established Bristol office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor looking to step into a leadership role within a well-respected consultancy. You'll take the lead on a varied workload across both professional and project work, manage key client relationships, mentor junior surveyors, and play an active role in the continued growth of the team.

• Deliver a broad range of professional building surveying services across commercial property.
• Lead refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance projects from inception through to completion.
• Undertake contract administration, technical due diligence, condition surveys and defect diagnosis.
• Advise clients on dilapidations, landlord and tenant matters and planned preventative maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Mentor APC and junior surveyors, supporting their professional development.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the Bristol Building Consultancy team.

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
• Strong experience delivering both professional and project work.
• Proven ability to manage clients and projects independently.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience mentoring or managing junior surveyors is desirable.
• Ambitious and looking to progress within a leading consultancy.
