Associate Building Surveyor Manchester Salary: Competitive, depending on experienceThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career within a global, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. The Role As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high quality building surveying services to a range of clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from condition surveys and planned maintenance through to refurbishment, defect diagnosis and project delivery.Key responsibilities will include:Providing professional building surveying advice to clients.Undertaking building surveys, condition surveys and defect inspections.Preparing specifications, schedules of works and contract documentation.Managing and delivering refurbishment and maintenance projects.Administering building contracts and monitoring works on site.Preparing reports, budgets and cost estimates.Managing client relationships and contributing to business development.Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.Taking responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, including programme, quality and commercial performance.About You We are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor with a strong technical background and a genuine interest in developing their career within a leading consultancy.Ideally, you will have:MRICS qualification, or be close to achieving chartered ..... full job details .....
