The business specialises in providing mechanical and electrical engineering advice to owners, investors and occupiers of commercial property, with a particular focus on the refurbishment, improvement and ongoing development of existing buildings. This is a varied position that combines technical consultancy, engineering design and project delivery. The successful candidate will be involved in managing M&E projects from initial survey and feasibility through design development, procurement, installation and completion. The Role Undertake surveys and technical assessments of existing mechanical and electrical installations to establish their condition, suitability and potential for refurbishment or replacement. Develop engineering solutions for the upgrade, replacement and improvement of building services systems within operational commercial properties.
