Associate / Associate Director / Technical Director - Civil EngineeringLocation: NorwichSalary: 70,000 - 95,000 DOEType: Full-Time PermanentI''m working with a well-established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a senior Civil Engineer to lead its civil engineering team in Norwich.The business works across sectors including data centres, energy, pharmaceuticals, logistics, retail, highways, residential and public sector projects, offering a varied and technically strong project portfolio.This is a key role within the Norwich office, managing a small existing civils team with the opportunity to grow the team and develop the wider civil engineering offering.The role is open to candidates at Associate, Associate Director or Technical Director level, depending on experience.The RoleYou''ll combine technical leadership, project delivery, people management and client development.Key responsibilities will include:Leading civil engineering projects from concept through to detailed design and construction.Providing technical expertise across drainage, highways, external works, levels, earthworks and infrastructure.Managing, mentoring and developing the existing civil engineering team.Reviewing technical deliverables and ensuring quality and compliance.Managing project programmes, resources and budgets.Building strong relationships with clients and other project stakeholders.Supporting fee proposals and business development.Contributing to recruitment ..... full job details .....
