A growing building performance consultancy is looking to hire an Associate / Associate Director to take a lead role across energy, sustainability and building physics projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to stay hands-on technically, while stepping into a role with more ownership, client exposure and team leadership.

The Role
You''ll be:

• Leading technical delivery across multiple projects
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and design teams
• Overseeing and reviewing energy modelling and building physics work
• Producing and lodging Non-Domestic EPCs
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What They''re Looking For

• Strong background in building physics / energy modelling
• Level 5 NDEA (able to lodge EPCs)
• Experience in a consultancy environment
• Confident in a client-facing, leadership role

Desirable:

• Daylighting / sunlight analysis
• Passivhaus / PHPP experience
