Associate Architect / Senior Architect 45,000 - 55,000 + Senior Leadership Role + Business Development + Progression + Training and Development Stockport (Commutable from: Manchester, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Altrincham, Hyde, Sale, Warrington, Ashton-under-Lyne) Are you an ARB / RIBA registered Architect looking to step into a senior leadership position where you can shape projects, win work and help drive the next phase of growth for a respected architectural practice? This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established, long-standing design consultancy working across both public and private sector projects, with a strong track record in health, education, residential and blue light work, plus specialist facilities projects. In this role you will take ownership of design standards and project delivery across all RIBA stages, while also playing a key part in commercial performance through fee setting, tender / framework submissions and building long-term client relationships to secure repeat work. You will lead projects from concept through to completion (including BIM outputs), managing programme, budget and stakeholders, and providing coaching and mentoring to a talented team of architects and technologists.
