Associate Architect

My Architecture client are looking for an Assocate Architect to join them on a hybrid basis.

The associate will be responsible for leading projects including supporting team members, to successful project delivery, maintaining high standards of design and promoting the company with the aim of securing repeat work. They will communicate and present projects within the organisation and externally. They will remain directly responsible to a director and fall within that director''s team structure.

• Provide leadership, management and direction in a manner consistent with the companies vaules
• Effectively communicate at all levels (Internal and external)
• Provide a full consultant service (be that architecture, technical, planning or graphics) that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Delegation of work to others.
• Prepare and check the work of others in the team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Commercial awareness and an ability to deliver projects with a profit.
• Travel to other offices and sites as required by the role.
• Display excellent presentation skills (Visual, written and spoken)
• Inspire a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring delivery of demonstrable high-quality service which embraces quality standards.

Qualifications:

Essential: ARB, RTPI, RICS, CIAT or similar (Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience)

Desirable: RIBA, CSS, etc
