Associate Account Executive

We’re looking for an Associate Account Executive based in London, UK. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their sales career in a dynamic SaaS environment by supporting the sales process within existing customer accounts.You’ll partner closely with our EMEA sales team to drive upsell and cross-sell revenue from Riskonnect’s existing Integrated Risk Management (IRM) customers. You’ll contribute across the sales cycle—from account research and outreach to presentation prep, customer engagement, and transactional closes.This is a great opportunity to gain direct experience working with senior sales leaders, contributing to revenue growth, and deepening your knowledge of the enterprise software sales process.Primary Responsibilities- Support Account Executives by preparing for customer calls, presentations, and follow-ups- Develop and grow a portfolio of customer accounts- Conduct thorough account research to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities- Craft and tailor compelling sales presentations and value-driven messaging- Initiate outbound emails and calls to re-engage existing customers- Manage and close smaller, transactional upsell deals independently- Track customer cases and activity in CRM systems for accuracy and visibility- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Engineering, New Business, Finance) as needed to support deal execution- Partner with Account Executives during Quarterly Business Reviews to create client growth strategy- Maintain knowledge of Riskonnect products/services and industry trends- Travel to client sites as ..... full job details .....
