Operating across multiple business divisions, including residential sales, lettings, property management and associated professional services, this business has built a strong reputation and continues to experience sustained growth.This opportunity offers the chance to join a collaborative finance function where you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations and contributing to the ongoing success of the business.Your New RoleReporting into the finance team, you will be responsible for supporting a broad range of accounting duties, ensuring the accurate processing and maintenance of financial information across the organisation.Key responsibilities will include:Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate coding to the appropriate departments and cost centres.Preparing supplier payment runs and maintaining strong supplier relationships.Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies.Raising sales invoices and allocating incoming payments.Supporting credit control activities and monitoring outstanding balances.Assisting with daily and weekly bank reconciliations.Posting bank transactions and investigating reconciliation queries.Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting finance ..... full job details .....
