Assistant/Quantity Surveyor

Midlands privately owned contractor that specialise and work within the hospitality, assisted living and general refurbishment sectors. The role will primarily be officed based but may require some travel to site where you will be working under the direction of the managing QS and assistance from the Commercial Director, main core duties will be to assist with: -
Cost Estimation
Cost Planning and Budgeting
Preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
Tender Management
Contract Administration
Cost Control
Managing Variations
Risk Management
Final Account Preparation
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3/4 years practical experience and will be graduate/degree qualified, looking for that career path to progress into role of a Quantity Surveyor, must have own transport and be willing to travel to site/meetings if required
