This is a great opportunity to join an ever growing commercial team to support the business and deliver small to medium bespoke projects for example Heritage Renovations and New Builds with values from £500,000 to around £7 - £8 million. Working in a friendly office of around a dozen people, you will be reporting to the Commercial Lead. Responsibilities: Issued tender enquiries to subcontractors within deadlines. Analysed returns to secure commercially competitive packages. Supported Senior QS s in pricing tenders and live projects, contributing to accurate and competitive submissions. Produced take-offs using Eque2 (Accounting, Estimating and Housebuilding solutions software) to support cost planning and procurement.
