This is a varied role combining workshop leadership, engineering, data, reporting and systems, working closely with the Workshop Manager to support the smooth running and ongoing development of the wider workshop team. The Role As Assistant Workshop Manager, you will support the Workshop Manager with the day-to-day operation of the workshop and deputise in their absence. You will help lead, coach and develop the engineering team while also taking ownership of workshop data, reporting and systems. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Workshop Manager with the day-to-day running of the workshop. Leading, coaching and developing the workshop team.
