Assistant Vice President Pensions Governance Officer

We are working with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Pensions Specialist to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the management and delivery of the organisation''s global pension strategy, with particular responsibility for pension governance and design across European and Middle Eastern plans, alongside supporting UK arrangements. The Role You will take ownership of a range of pension activities and projects, working closely with internal stakeholders, external advisers and pension providers. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the delivery of the global pension strategy. Leading governance and design activity across European and Middle Eastern pension plans. Supporting the management of UK pension arrangements. Delivering pension projects from start to completion. Supporting scheme design reviews and liability management exercises. Providing technical support on UK pension projects. Supporting pension-related financial reporting. Ensuring pension arrangements remain compliant with relevant regulations. Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments. Managing relationships with external advisers and providers. Supporting pension and benefits strategy development. Monitoring pension costs, budgets and funding requirements. Identifying and managing pension-related risks. Using data and analysis to support decision-making and reporting.
