Assistant Vice President, Business Finance

ResponsibilitiesBusiness Finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue/expense analysis for the Emerging Markets division.Ownership of business finance requirements for a subset of Emerging Market products.Support modelling and pricing analysis for product offerings.Day-to-day support for ad hoc analysis requests.Project manage the finance setup in new markets, including regulatory compliance, tax structuring, and accounting processes.Collaborate with legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure all financial operations align with local regulations.Lead the implementation of finance systems and processes in new jurisdictions.Assist with month-end close activities including estimates, quarterly forecasting, and annual budget plans.Maintain and administer existing database models used for reporting.Manage one remote direct report.QualificationsFive to seven years of relevant finance experience, including commercial finance, business partnering, and/or an FPandA role.Proven experience in project management involving internal and external stakeholders.Industry experience in financial markets or e-platforms.Relevant university degree.Desire to develop a commercial understanding of the business, beyond just numbers.Excellent analytical skills, strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data modeling), and data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau).Self-starter with a positive attitude, able to work well in a team of professionals.Tradeweb Markets LLC is proud to be an EEO Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/Disabled/Affirmative Action Employer.Job posted on: ..... full job details .....
