You will lead a large and growing team of 55+ route drivers and 10+ emergency drivers, working closely with the Driver Trainer to maintain high standards of performance, attendance, compliance and customer service. This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident managing people, solving problems and working in a fast-paced transport environment.
