The Role
As an Assistant Town Planner, you''ll be working closely with experienced planning professionals on a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors including residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments. You''ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
• Conducting site appraisals and planning research
• Supporting senior team members with project delivery
• Liaising with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders
• Contributing to planning strategy and development proposals

About You:

• Degree (and ideally MSc) in Town Planning or a related discipline
• Working towards (or keen to work towards) MRTPI accreditation
• Some relevant planning experience (public or private sector)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and commercially aware mindset
