The successful Assistant Town Planner will be working as part of an established team to deliver a variety of large scale, complex planning projects within the residential, commercial and retail sectors. Qualifications: In this instance applications are sought from candidates with a BSc and ideally an MSc (or equivalent) in an appropriate planning related discipline and membership to the RTPI. Experience: Ideally candidates will have some previous experience of preparing planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and liaising with clients, land owners and developers.
