Assistant to Import TDM - South and Central AmericaFull time, permanentWe are looking for a detail-focused individual to support our Import South and Central America trade, coordinating with overseas offices and internal teams to deliver operational, reporting and customer support, with opportunities to improve processes and contribute to trade growth.How you will help us and what you can expectMaintain our schedule integrity report and highlight any possible issues for investigationUpdate and share daily vessel / booking reports for specific customersEstablish and maintain good client relationshipsMaintain special rates and contracts as well as Geneva tariffsUse in-house systems such as Flint, Avery, TMS, Link and the One Vision Platform (OVQ, CRM, OVParty)Client and Geneva visit preparationAssist with day-to-day quotations as well as tendersQuery handling and resolutionSupport the Trade Development Manager as required on an ongoing basisProvide any other support when requiredSkills and experience you''ll bring to usStrong IT skills especially in the Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and PowerBI programmesTo be organised and have a methodical approach to work to ensure accuracy of reporting along with ensuring that all strict deadlines are metStrong analytical skills and to be able to present data and information to create strategies or market understanding for the client base with a results driven approachBe able to work on their own initiative and problem solve ..... full job details .....
