This role is ideal for an experienced Supervisor / Manager or a Senior Mechanical Engineer ready to step off the tools and progress into leadership. You''ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of a large-scale healthcare facility while leading a team of engineers and driving planned maintenance strategies.Key Responsibilities - Assistant Technical Services ManagerPlan and manage PPM schedules for site engineersLead, support, and develop a team of c20 engineersAct as deputy to the Technical Services Manager when requiredEnsure all mechanical systems and building services operate efficiently and safelyOversee reactive and planned maintenance delivery across the siteOversee subcontractors and ensure SLA and KPI complianceSupport budget management, stock control, and contract performanceEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, HTMs, and statutory requirementsExperienceQualified in a mechanical engineering discipline (City and Guilds or equivalent)Strong background in building services / facilities managementPrevious experience within a healthcare or hospital ..... full job details .....
