This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Engineer, MEP Coordinator or Assistant TSM looking to take the next step in their career and progress towards a Technical Services Manager or Building Services Manager position.About the RoleOur client is seeking an Assistant Technical Services Manager to support the Senior Technical Services Manager across a portfolio of commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects.The role will provide exposure to the full technical services lifecycle, including design coordination, subcontractor management, technical reviews, installation, quality assurance, commissioning and handover.
