Assistant Technical Manager

We are shortlisting for a new opportunity with an evolving food business offering a great range of products!The business has a positive vision and plans which will be great to be part of. - You''ll be involved in technical data trending, raw materials and QMS, supporting your stakeholders, customer complaints and building relationships with customers and 3rd parties.The business is looking for a technically talented candidate with a sound knowledge of technical systems and food safety compliance.The business has a positive vision and plans which will be great to be part of. - You''ll be involved in technical data trending, raw materials and QMS, supporting your stakeholders, customer complaints and building relationships with customers and 3rd parties.Your duties will include:Quality Management Systems Food defence knowledge and adhering to processesTechnical data trendingEngaging with customers and suppliersKnowledge of the UK food industry will be needed and knowledge of HACCP, manufacturing procedures and standards.
