Key Responsibilities Deputise for the Technical Manager when required Support and improve technical systems and processes Ensure HACCP-based standards are followed across the site Monitor technical KPIs and support continuous improvement Manage customer specifications and retailer portals Oversee services such as laboratory testing, hygiene, and pest control Produce reports, manage data, and handle customer queries/complaints Support and lead audits and customer visits where appropriate Liaise with the Food Standards Agency Assist with CAPA processes Skills & Experience Experience in a technical role within an FMCG environment (essential) Knowledge of HACCP and BRCGS standards Understanding of retailer codes of practice Strong IT and organisational skills Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced envi...
