The RoleReporting to the Technical Manager, you''ll be supported by someone who''s happy to guide and develop you. While they''ll focus on the other sites, you''ll lead the charge at their main site- giving you plenty of autonomy and responsibility.While there are no direct reports, you''ll work closely with a team of six growers, supporting and advising them on plant health and crop protection programmes.
