Working closely with specialist internal teams and reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will assist across all phases of the technical delivery process from reserved matters through to on-site completion. Key Responsibilities Support the co-ordination and distribution of architectural, engineering and statutory design information from pre-construction to handover. Assist in clearing building regulations, NHBC/warranty conditions and section agreements (S38, S104, S278). Liaise with external consultants, local authorities, statutory undertakers and internal commercial/production teams. Review working drawings and technical details for buildability, cost-efficiency and compliance. Attend design team meetings, site progress reviews and technical workshops.
